Yes, Heiligenhafen offers a great dog beach at Steinwarder. However, please note that no pets are allowed in our holiday apartments out of consideration for allergy sufferers. This ensures a hygienic stay for all our guests.
The Tourist Tax Heiligenhafen 2026 (Kurabgabe) is approx. €3.00 per day for adults during high season (May to September). Children are often exempt. With your "Ostseecard", you get free access to the Steinwarder beach including lifeguard services and sanitary facilities.
For the main beach (Steinwarder), it is best to use the large parking lots P1 and P2. For the Graswarder nature beach, parking is available directly at the Nature Conservation Center. Rates are typically around €2.00 per hour.
