Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of holiday apartments for accommodation as well as all other services provided to the customer by HEILIGENHAFEN-FEWOS in Heiligenhafen.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

By completing a booking via our website or partner portals, a binding rental agreement is concluded. The customer will receive a written booking confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment of the rental price is made according to the individual conditions and deadlines specified during the booking process.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation conditions displayed during the booking process shall apply.

5. Arrival and Departure

Check-in from 3:00 PM

Check-out until 10:00 AM

6. Liability

The tenant undertakes to treat the rental properties and their inventory with all due care. The tenant is liable for any culpable damage to the rental property, the furniture, or other furnishings that occur during their stay.

7. Pets & Smoking

Pets are not permitted. Please also note that all our apartments are strictly non-smoking properties.

8. Final Provisions

Amendments or supplements to the contract must be made in writing. German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Oldenburg in Holstein.
